Make sure that the milk foam is fine and velvety. Carefully smooth the milk foam surface with a spoon to shape the milk foam and remove the air bubbles.

We recommend using chocolate sauce to decorate cappuccinos. Make sure you use cold, liquid chocolate sauce.

Use the chocolate sauce to draw one small circle and one large circle.

Prepare a coffee and use a spoon to add the crema. Distribute the crema evenly in the smaller circle as shown in the picture.

Use a wooden skewer to draw several S shapes, firstly through the smaller circle and then through the line of the outer circle.
