Mango-Lassi

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 45 ml strong espresso
  • 4–5 tsp creamy natural yoghurt
  • 4–5 tsp mango smoothie base or mango purée

Preparation

  • Pour the mango purée into a shot glass.
  • Layer the yoghurt on top of the mango.
  • Prepare the espresso in the same glass.

Tip

Spoon from the bottom of the glass with a small spoon to enjoy the mango purée, yoghurt and espresso all at once.
